Birthday Surprise Request

We all love and want to celebrate children in our elementary schools! Hepto is rolling out a new service for the 2024-2025 school year. For a cost of $5, HEPTO will package & deliver a surprise gift bag to your child at school.

Please submit your birthday request by the 15th of the month PRIOR to your child’s birthday. Example: For an Oct 11th birthday, please request in by September 15th.

Fill out this form below and send a payment of $5 (can be cash or check made out to “HEPTO”) to your child’s school labeled HEPTO.
