Meet your HEPTO Board Members!
Co-Coordinator
Michele Baird
hopatcongelementarypto@gmail.com

My name is Michele, and I’m excited to begin my second year as one of your Co-Coordinators for HEPTO!
I’m a proud mom of two boys who will be in 8th and 5th grade this year, and I work full-time as the office manager of a private internal medicine practice.
Volunteering has been a part of my life since my oldest started kindergarten, and I’ve truly enjoyed being involved every step of the way. Growing up as an only child, I saw firsthand the positive impact a dedicated PTO can have on a school community—my mom served as PTO president, and her passion for supporting students, teachers, and families inspired me to become involved as a parent.
As I begin my second year as Co-Coordinator, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue working alongside such an amazing group of volunteers, parents, teachers, and staff. Last year was filled with memorable events and accomplishments, and I’m excited to build on that momentum. My goal remains the same: to create meaningful experiences for our students, strengthen our school community, and continue showing our incredible teachers and staff how much they are appreciated.
Thank you for your continued support of HEPTO. I look forward to another fantastic year working together to make a positive impact for our students and schools!
Co-Coordinator
Brittany Liscio
hopatcongelementarypto@gmail.com

Hello! My name is Brittany and I am honored to serve as your HEPTO Co-Coordinator. I have a 5th grader and a 2nd grader in our district, and our family stays busy with local activities including Pack 88, Hopatcong Hawks Soccer, Hopatcong Warriors Football, Hopatcong Little League Baseball, and karate. You’ll often find us cheering from the sidelines or volunteering in our community!
Professionally, I serve as the Managing Director of the district’s preschool program through one of the district’s preschool provider partners. Working in early childhood education has given me the opportunity to support children, families, and educators every day, and it has only strengthened my passion for education and helping children succeed.
Although life keeps our family on the go, I firmly believe that a strong partnership between families, teachers, and the community helps create the best possible experience for our students. After running Books and Beyond for the last two, I am excited to step in as a Co-Coordinator and work alongside our HEPTO team to support our schools, create memorable experiences for our children, and encourage families to get involved in whatever way they can.
I look forward to meeting more of you throughout the year and working together to make this an amazing school year for all of our students!

My name is Kimberly Pereira and I’m a mom of 3 kids. A 3rd grader, kindergartener and a preschooler. I’m a stay at home mom. I grew up in Hopatcong all my life, so being able to help the schools I actually attended myself is really nice. I’ve volunteered a lot of time in Durban and Tulsa, as well as my children’s previous preschool (Our Savior Nursery School). I have helped with Beautification days, field day, book fairs, holiday boutique, and field trips. I have enjoyed being able to help the kids and out schools and cannot wait to take it a step further as a member of the HEPTO board.
Middle School President
Natasha Routhier
hepto.ms.president@gmail.com

Hi! I’m Natasha, and I’m excited to be serving as PTO President this year. This is my fourth year being involved with the PTO, and I originally joined because I wanted to give back to the school community and be more connected with my kids’ education.
I have two daughters—one starting kindergarten and one heading into fourth grade—so Hopatcong schools and HEPTO are a big part of our family life. I love being part of a team that helps make school a fun, welcoming place for all our families!
Secretary
Sharon Casey
hepto.sec@gmail.com

My husband Chris and I have two boys who keep us busy with their sports and school activities—we’re constantly on the move! I used to be a teacher, but transitioned to being a stay-at-home mom and managing the office side of our family’s landscaping business.
Even though I’m no longer in the classroom, I really missed being involved with schools, which is what led me to join HEPTO. It’s been such a great way for me to stay connected, support teachers, and help create fun and memorable experiences for the kids. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to our school’s and look forward to a great year.

Hi, I’m Jaime Aji! I’m an athletic trainer by profession and passionate about supporting students both on and off the field. I joined HEPTO to give back to the school community and contribute wherever I can—whether that’s helping at events, pitching in behind the scenes, or just being a helping hand. I love anything sports-related and enjoy reading in my downtime. I’m excited to volunteer alongside such a dedicated group and help create a positive, supportive environment for our students and families.
Fundraising Director
Lisa Stanitz
hepto.fundraisingchair@gmail.com

I work full time in IT Sales and a mom to a 3rd and 6th Grader. We moved to Hopatcong 7 years ago from Bergen County. I have been an active member of the community volunteering for different school and town activities since my son was in kindergarten. I was a cub scout troop leader for 4 years and then took on the Cub Master role for the following 2 years. During my time there we started the cub scout Trunk or Treat for the town and the community kindness snake. I have also coached soccer and have been a team mom for baseball too! I transitioned my scouting skills over and am currently a leader in my daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
Last year I decided to make my volunteering time official and joined the HEPTO board as Fundraising Director. In my first year I helped start Penny Wars and the Color Run as new school activities. I look forward to working with the board and parents to bring new and exciting fundraisers to the schools!
